It is pretty much evident by the fact that you pay 240 odd dollars still Break fast is not included further they charge 27 dollars for the breakfast..I would rather eat somewhere outside. Further call to India in off peak time is 2.5 QR which is approx 0.85cents this is peak time rate in Dubai. This is just one day experience more will come...This is my first visit to Qatar.
Lots of thing happening. Dad is reported with blockage in other artery now details will be known by tomorrow. Noting has been going my (our) way smoothly. My ill luck is getting more and more stronger. I don't know but the more I think more stronger it gets and more evidence I get. I don't want to give examples but that's the way it is.
Anyways procrastination is the order of the day I have been delaying the essay I have to email to Tuck for the updates etc. Resume and application to INSEAD. Good thing is I could find some very string reason for procrastination like improvement in the condition, Visit to Singapore etc. something which I am doing now.
One of the best thing that could happen was many different people unexpectedly called me on my Birthday but it felt good. I really at some point felt ashamed of my self and proud as well. I called up my aunt to get wishes :D but was good to talk to so many people. Also a lot of fan following on Facebook. :) I gifted myself an Iphone :) a black colored unlocked 16GB 2500AED. but now I am not able to load songs & movies. sometime I will find the solution.
Well the Ms. Universes don't have appeal in them as compared to their contemporary Ms. worlds. Sushmita Vs Aishwarya and Lara Vs Priyanka Universes are no match in any of the characteristics.
Life otherwise going ok. Somehow managing with Charu should do better but with many things happening and my attitude it is difficult but good atleast I could try to work on this. Gave her the V day surprise and another one is inline. Lets see how it goes.

Hopping planes and cities
Abey you coming here again? Thrice in a week!!! -- Ankur & Kanti
Yeah that's been my story over the fortnight. I flew from Dubai to Jaipur, took a bus to Gurgaon and then flew to Bangkok returned back to Gurgaon, then by bus to Jaipur and flew back to Dubai to process my china visa. again flew to Jaipur, took bus to Gurgaon and flew to Shanghai via Hong Kong. and then came to Dubai direct today.
Shanghai airport: Looks wise it is good otherwise it is the pathetic airport. No ATM's work, you cannot exchange INR/THB/AED wtf. minimum feed is 50RMB as if all the flying Chinese are millionaires and people who come to china are also millionaires. you don't get much to eat. Burger King takes only cash no credit card. I had to run around all the airport to get 20RMB but I couldnt get from any proper source. I exchanged INR with RMB from an Indian traveler from Kolkata. The other worst part is it is 55Km from the main city. so for a 0715 flight I started at 0400 and reached by 0520. This is when there was no traffic. In terms of architecture etc it is amazing much better than Dubai and other airports.
Delhi Airport: Cute airport. I love Indian airports usually you could be through will all the process of checking in, Immigration etc in 15-20min**. I did it twice in delhi :). since it is small so very compact therefore walking time is less. But the usual practice of highlighting the presence is there. I think we could be much better and improve our airports on security checks. May be installing the better X ray machines.
Also the other thing which needs attention is the taxi service. you should use dedicated airport taxi and run it on meter I think many more will use it, if the fare becomes "legal". Prepaid is not good.
Other good thing which we could do is the "chaffeur" service as in you handover you luggage to be checked in at the flight gate and you will get it back as soon as you get off the plane. No waiting nothing. Easy beasy yupp and easy!!!
** Mumbai was good I use to start from home 2 hs before flight and everything was on JIT basis. I miss those days here and everywhere.
rest airports are ok or not worth the special comments. May be I dont remember now.
Hanover was amazing. Thanks to Nitesh I enjoyed the place. VERY BEAUTIFUL, cool, calm. and has two Indian restaurants. It is inexpensive as well. Picturesque now i could say that the windows desktop photographs are real. actual color changing of the leaves. Though it had just started but still I could see. I visited school, did some house work for Nitesh & gang. I did my best to screw up the school visit thanks to Nitesh I could improvise and do something better. Cameroon was hot. attended a panel discussion on the financial crisis, was surprised to see how they were commenting on Paulson and Bernanke the ease with which they were taking their name.
Met Sandeep Sharma aka Saand in MIT just by sheer luck. I was waiting outside Stata Building for Varun and then I see somebody rushing down the stairs and looking at me (Since I was the onely giy dressed in suit so I didnt took much notice) after sometime I made out from the voice that it is Sandeep. Good to see him but both had to rush so it was hi & bye only. I was at my careless best at MIT or may be I was having NBD to catch the flight to Dubai. I dont know forgot my camera, left the door unlocked, left the session without taking lunch.
Also I ran into Harshad Kasture, my hostel junior, at a supermarket. Then we had a party together, myself, Karthik (host) Varun and Harshad. I made the tadka for Daal and rice & vegetable were cooked by Karthik. Varun got the red wine for just $3.00.
Actually many a things to write on my travelogue. I think I will write tomorrow.
I said NO, but they said something about getting along. What I say is a phone call doesnt take much time howsoever busy you are orany strange things happen to you? We are talking something serious, its not a joke or something proposed by others. But the good thing is chapter closed and I love this. another deja vu. another parallel with him.
I am tired, just finished two applications thinking of next two will start on them by tomorrow.

My stay in USof A
I can only say India is Best and India is Great!!!!
My stay here is going good except for the fact that it is a truly Ulti States:
- You cannot use the International Credit card to do...... a lot of stuff. Only you can pay the hotel bill
- You dont get cell phone chargers at airports
- You dont get the prepaid cards easily....actually the concept is not known here!!! go to my lovely India even you could do this from paanwale ki thadi!!!
I am not complaining but somehow I am forced to..... otherwise it is a good place
I am writing this post from Rochester airport where the flight to Chicago is delayed by an hour :( I hope this doesn't happen to the Boston--> NYC flight I only have 1hour 30 min difference :(
I am doomed..... shifted one of the applications to second round....

the last drag
always leaves me wanting for more. The last sip from the mango juice glass or the last bite of the Black Forest Pastry leaves a big empty space. Same feeling after you get a decent bargain, I could have done better. Its a nice feeling the more you indulge the more you savor it.
I am not serious (may be the same feeling of wanting more), I am sure I should do better and concentrate on things I need to do and the list is long. There is a difference in enjoying the ambiguity and foolishness. The news is my boss is joining executive MBA at SP jain center here.
Had a trip to Egypt for 6 days. Egyptian girls are beautiful. May be the way they dress or their figure but they are HOT. Now I can walk around in Cairo. Found some nice Cafe's with the SHEESHA. It is the best. Gyaani or mentoring trip but finally I gave in after 3 sessions. Lets see if I could get a better result. People on both the ends do not understand or may be they dont want to.
Desperation. How could a literate person do this? you have the situation in front of you and you want to enjoy but be sensible. Whatever....
Sharmaji ka phone is number not in use. He is another useless fellow in the world more than I am. Lots of catching up happening these days. Vahi, RPT, Reddy, Ramakant, Andy, Uttam, bharat and it is building up :).
Nothing much but have to figure out a lot of things. Nbdu.

Saudi Arabia could be exchanged with the trip to Egypt
Will get the new passport tomorrow or day after mostly
I have to process the visas as well. Egypt, China and Saudi.
Cost cutting and my telephone bill equals the sum of other three in my office :P.
