I should slow down.... I think this is the thing that will help. Who says in the world I have to hurry. We have loads of time on our side, but not now as lots of thoughts are coming in.

Just stay at the issue for sometime let it sink in. Now proceed to next step. nobody is in hurry and then only the practice will make you perfect.

Sit in a round wheel divided into say 6 parts. now jump from one to other and work. Probably the best. Premeditation destroys, it kills everything. It is good to go back to same conclusion again but from different side:)

outsourcing...

is the best team work. It is the key to success. You can even outsource the thinking :P I simply ask people what song are they listening to you can make an excellent playlist which could go for a day or two. good enough!!! :D

rest all is going pathetically slow. I miss my mom and her pitai the good old days. Jab se ghar se nikale hain danda khatam and performce has dipped. still I confess I am motivated :P continuous dip.

There is no end to it....

Paki (priyanka lahiri) has very rightly summarized it. its like a helical path you keep going round and round without realizing that it is only the radius of the circle is increasing and rest all is same. The most encouraging part is that: you are fooled by the fact that "this is the last hurdle" you cross and you are thru. But the good old story repeats again only the magnitude of the hurdle increases. Interesting is the process that with your growth everything else grows simultaneoulsy.

I am happy with the way I answered the "criticism". Actually a structured approach :).

That day was pretty good.... actually I was riding on a extremly favorable time. I dont think I wrote so well but still I managed 5/6 and 61 percentile :D

I dont knwo how to go for Kill..... Killer instinct is missing. As usual no strong inclination to write the app stuff..... Motivation stuff is missing. Well thats why they say of the whole lot only 240+ are sufficiently motivated.

GMAT process

Eventhough its over now but as usually happens you tend to realize a lot of stuff after you are through. Things do come back to you and rather jump at you. Good thing about GMAT is that it is a generic exam so you learn some general stuff. Which helps you to question your statements, identify the assumptions there, tone of the sentence, overall impact of the paragraph...all the AWA, SC, CR and RC stuff. yes for me it was good and in teh end yes the by product is even more benficial.

Neways... good that not many people read.... a few more steps to go and as I did in my BTP I would need help of lots of people.... BKG, PG..... lots of them for different different stuff

anyways if you learn you will succeed....

So finally I overcame the 700 barrier. In none of my practice test I could manage a score beyond 700.

Last night was still the same as last time little restless ness but somehow I managed to sleep. Got up at 6:15 in the morning and by 7:10 I was ready and I actually shaved today eventhough I shaved yesterday :( Took the taxi to the bus stand. Without much of hassles found the bus and the seat. The bus fare was less than teh taxi fare to the stand. Anyways I slept in the bus which helped a lot. Landed in Abu Dhabi took a taxi, an dgrabbed a biscuit and one mars & one snickers... this was the best thing i did. relaxed me a bit and lightened the mood.

test was good. not so happy with the result but yes slightly satisfying.

I have my passport today in my hand. So now I can take the GMAT if I am able to reach Abu Dhabi on time :)

Finally...

I saw my passport after a very looooooong time. Not yet in my hand PRO has to go and collect it and then I will get it. But the bottom Line is I can now take GMAT on 1st :)

Prep are not so good. still maintaining the same level of accuracy. Concentration dwindles after some 30 odd similar questions. And teh level of hardness increases with every question (I am solving teh OG now :P)

My Lucky Charm...may be this will help me this time as well as it did last time. Second step I will take care :)

yesterday I remembered on dialogue from RDB:

I dont have this movie niether on CD nor on my machine. First job when I am in Mumbai is to get loads of movies. For that I have to buy an external Hard drive... When is the important question?

View from my cabin :)

The samller boats are for commuting from one side of creek to other while the bigger boats are for import export. Goods from ports are brought here and some goods from this place are send to other countries such Iran etc.

To have lunch I have to cross the creek in the Abra and they charge you one Dirham one way. RTA has started Waterbus as well which are airconditioned boats charge you 4 Dirhams, I dont know between which abra stations they ply.


You get to see a few Yachts as well here. In the evening you can even see a few tourist boats as well which have complete restaurant & bar (Not bad, one more option... for the future venture).

No passport as yet. Tomorrow I will check.

Medical test

Done today. I full 20mL syringe and a chest X ray.

lets see if this comes Ok, I will get the permit next week Hopefully. Fingers again crossed.

1st October is the date but the issue is how will I go to Abu Dhabi?? a day before is preffered.

A New Blg- New Place

I was trying to write something but couldnt log on to livejournal, my old blog, and forgot the blogger address. Now these guys have linked it to the gmail account so didnt had enough enthu to creat eone more finally I overcame the lethargy ( :) ) and created one.
Lets start with updates:-
1. Havent got the dubai resident permit/emplyemen visa etc. Probably tomorrow I will get the "SMS" for the medical ( I have to go to Hospital again and they will take one syringe full of Blood, God I am scared.... I dont like Hospi...) after the test if everything is ok than in a weeks time I will have my passport, more importantly, stamped with the permit. Then you can go for Psotpaid sim, bank account, apply for driving license..... everything under the sun in Dubai.

2. Home: A new building and we have mde it fully furnished. For the first time I have curtains, washing machine etc in the house. It's a nice learning experience all together.

3. School: going very slow. When I will learn the fact that challenge the known!!! even in a place like dubai all teh days are blocked. may be due to Ramzan or whatever but I am losing time. One school is for sure but others I am not too sure but will just apply. If I get time. Have to chalk out that as well.

4. Ghar: Dad is happy with the bike. Mom & Dad went for a 10 day ASEAN trip. Cant say more.

5. Mumbai: I am missing it like hell. my flat and the gyan, trips with BKG all gone... someday again we will get together. Lets see I hope for the best
